Its been a while since any news has been posted to the blog but do we have some news for you.
We have been working hard making sure that you our customers can rest assured that we have your best interest at heart.
With the new data protection laws hitting later this year we want to get ahead of all that legislation and get our web site secured as much as it can be, we have introduced SSL meaning that the connection between your browser and our server is encrypted making it harder for thief’s to steel your login information and any other stored data, we also have decided instead of processing any card numbers on our website that you are passed to a selected few gateway options such as PayPal, and many others, this means that you will be transferred to the site of your chosen payment method and we will not hold any payment details, of course you can still pay in person or via PayPal, Mobile Pay.
The Client Portal will be having an overhaul making it more visually pleasing and more functions added…
The Development team of the software that we use are currently working on the gallery etc to make it work as it should do, they are a professional bunch and will endeavour to get your private galleries (shop) back up.
For our commercial clients we are introducing the project management software back into the client portal so that we can plan what ever project we are engaged in and you will know where we are at every step of the way, you can also add team members to the project management software so we can all keep up to date with progress and any changes needed..
We are always thinking about our carbon footprint and how we can improve on it, so we took the step to go backwards with our server, instead of having an all singing and dancing speed machine we have gone for a slower more economical and greener solution, the website might not load in an instant but it is within our goals.
We where approached by a new upcoming game engine that is due to come out of development to create 3D scans of items for there asset store, this was a good while ago and we are now in a position to make good on that request, so as a service we are creating 3D scans of items, doing some retot on them so that they can be used in any game that is created by that game engine.
Even though it has been quite in here the past year or so we have been very busy recently to make sure that your peace of mind is out primary goal by securing the web site and its back end.
